Translation of the Spanish policy, pending validation by Global Innocence.
Seller identity
This website and online store are operated by GI Creative Lab, S.L. (tax ID B27600816), owner of the Global Innocence brand, based in Spain. Contact: support@globalinnocence.com.
Purchase process
Orders are placed by adding products to the cart and completing payment through the secure Shopify checkout. Once your purchase is complete you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order.
Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
Shipping
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, mainland Portugal, the European Union countries listed in our shipping, exchanges and returns policy, and the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We don't ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira yet. Rates, times and free shipping are set out in that policy, and the cost of your shipment is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond Global Innocence's control.
Payment
We accept card payments through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Klarna and Sequra. Payment is charged when the order is confirmed. All payments are processed over encrypted connections; Global Innocence does not store your card details.
Right of withdrawal
In line with European Union law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, see our shipping, exchanges and returns policy or write to us at support@globalinnocence.com. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable consumer regulations, without prejudice to the rights you hold as a consumer in your EU country of residence.
